163 Test New Version of Free Mail

What's difference between new 163 free mail and project D of 126

Which stage the so-called SSL encryption has been reached? If there is encryption just at user login stage, then there is no update from now. If there is encryption at entire process (include reading process ), then it must be a grand investigation, and how to ensure speed?

Even 163 encrypted all web mail process, then what about POP3? If they wouldn't encrypt POP3 process, then I don't think it's really SSL encrypt. I think the reason why MSN Hotmail don't support free POP3 service is POP3 is plain text. As I know, the only mail service provider who can support encrypted POP3 is Gmail.

Maybe 163 should do more than saying.
