Firesync in Firefox

Published

I am using Firefox and tried firesync service a little. To be honest to say, it’s very hard to use, because its encrypt-key.

For end-users, their general understanding is use a username and password to access confidential thing. What’s mean of an encrypt-key?

I know this encryption will make my data stored in cloud safer. However, what I really want is convenience, not safe. At least, safe is not top priority for those put their private data in cloud. I will never enter that long string key on my mobile phone. I believe most people won’t, either.

If Firefox like to get support from the ordinaries, they need change their character from geek/nerd to ordinary.

Wish Firefox can be simpler and easier.
